Are You Eligible for Permanent Makeup?

Before you go ahead and book one of the semi-permanent makeup services, such as microblading, please check that you are eligible to receive such services. Unfortunately, some conditions cause the makeup to be less efficient or have adverse side effects for clients, so scroll down below to check the list of non-eligibility! IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO HAVE ANY SEMI-PERMANENT TREATMENT:


  • ECZEMA

  • PSORIASIS

  • SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS

  • SEVERE ACNE

  • ROSACEA

  • PREGNANT or BREASTFEEDING

  • EPILEPSY

  • NICKEL ALLERGY

  • HIV

  • LUPUS

  • RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

  • KELOID SCARS

  • If you have had cancer, you may need medical clearance

  • If you're on any blood thinner medication, you must discontinue a few days prior treatment and must have medical clearance

  • Permanent Makeup may be done on oily skin, however, pigment may not stay as well and color may migrate

  • Anyone using Accutane (acne medication) must wait minimum 6 months before considering treatment. Must have medical clearance.

  • If you have Diabetes, you may need medical clearance unless sugar levels are managed under 200

  • If you are taking any thyroid medication, Permanent Makeup Treatment may be done; however, retention of pigment may not be great and may require frequent follow-up visits.
